A. This will depend on a number of factors such as location and size of property but our rental offer will be higher than the amount you would receive after your costs on a standard AST.

A. We will use the property to meet the growing demand for short stay accommodation. We charge a nightly rate that will exceed the monthly rent and costs we pay which is where we earn our income.

A. There is no set time but to make it worth our investment we would look for a minimum of 3 years. At the end of the agreement we will contact you to see if you want to extend or end the agreement.

A. Ideally we like properties from 2 – 5 beds that are in good condition. We do maintain the properties in a hotel standard condition so we will be constantly keeping on the top of them and if necessary painting walls where there has been wear and tear.
