Yes, absolutely. Our booking system will offer automatic discounts for longer bookings. If you prefer to contact us directly then our team will be happy to discuss our large discounts for longer bookings on serviced accommodation.

We send out our T&C’s for you to sign when you make a booking. They are also detailed at the bottom on the website.

Check in is from 3:00pm and check out is by 10:00am. If you are looking for earlier or late check in then there is an option on the check in form or you can call us on 0330 190 0839 or e mail us on hello@ourhomeshortstays.co.uk to help facilitate your purchase for this optional extra.

If there is availability, then absolutely. The best way to do this is to discuss this with our friendly team by calling 0330 190 0839 or emailing hello@ourhomeshortstays.co.uk.

You will receive an e mail 3 hours before your agreed check in time around midday unless you have paid for an earlier check in.

When booking direct with Our Home Short Stays, via phone, email or through the direct booking website. The cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If the booking is less than 5 days long then you can cancel 5 days before check in to receive a full refund.
  • If the booking is between 5 and 14 days long, you can cancel 7 days before check in to receive a full refund.
  • If the booking is for 14 days or more, you can cancel 14 days before check in to receive a full refund.
  • You are able to cancel within 24 hours of making the booking with us in order to receive a full refund.

If you book via an online travel (AirBnB, Booking.com etc), your cancellation policy may be different but will be detailed on there.

Yes. All properties come with fast Wi-Fi.

Yes. All properties come with clothes washing facilities with washing tablets provided.
